Use of the tools

Toolbase provides free, browser-based image utilities "as is". You may use them for personal and commercial purposes, including preparing product listings for any marketplace. You are responsible for holding the rights to the images you process and for complying with the rules of the platforms you publish to.

No warranty

We make no guarantee that output produced by any tool will be accepted by a marketplace, government agency or other third party. Passport and visa photo specifications change; always verify against the official source linked on each tool page. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolbase disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tools to create content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or is intended to deceive (for example, forging identity documents). Automated scraping of the site or reverse-engineering the bundled models beyond their open-source licences is not permitted.

Third-party software

The site bundles open-source libraries and models under their respective licences (MIT, Apache-2.0, OFL and others). Marketplace and brand names are used for identification only; Toolbase is not affiliated with Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Daraz, TikTok or any government body.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
