What to include

• Bug reports: the tool name, your browser and device, and what happened. Because nothing is uploaded, we cannot see your file — a screenshot of the result helps a lot.
• Feature requests: describe the marketplace or use case; we prioritise tools that many sellers need.
• Spec corrections: if a marketplace or passport rule has changed, send the official link and we will update the configuration.

We usually reply within a few business days.
